Making Christingles with our Year 6 buddies
This morning we have been working with Year 6 children and making a Christingle. We used an orange, which represents the earth; a red ribbon around it representing the blood of Christ; dried fruitsand sweets skewered on cocktail sticks pushed into the orange, representing the fruits of the earth…
Christmas is coming!

In Ash class this week have been following instructions to make a rain gauge. We have been observing the weather each morning and afternoon for a week. We have been mind mapping weather words and what we know already!
Jam jars pretty please......
Please could you send in any spare jam jars with lids into Ash class? We will be using them in our Christmas crafts.

We have been making animals using playdough to put in Noah's ark. We needed two of each type!

We have been retelling the story of Noahs ark. We have been adding the animals in 2s and practising our counting skills...... 2 4 6 8 10!

We have been talking to our new furry friends and they have been talking back to us!
