Christmas Choir 2025

This year we had a huge choir of over 30 pupils! We sang at the Preesall and Knott-End Christmas Lights switch-on; Knott-End Library's Christmas Coffee Morning and Kepplegate Nursing Home.

Remembrance 2025

We were invited to attend a Remembrance Service in Thornton organised by veteran Tony Codling, following his visit to school to talk about his life in the army and why Remembrance Day is important. The Head Boy and Girl team enjoyed seeing the Remembrance Garden that the volunteers have created.

They also represented school with Mrs Gladwin at the Preesall and Knott-End Remembrance Service, taking part in the parade, laying our school wreath and then attending a service at St. Oswald's Church.

Bishop Philip visited St. Oswald's as part of his 2025 Harvest Appeal. He completed a bike ride through all the parishes in Blackburn Diocese on one day!
