Collective worship forms an important part of each school day. Often we worship together as a whole school but on other occasions our collective worship is in class or in family groups. This helps us to pitch content and themes at an appropriate level for the children.
Monday - Whole school worship led by Mrs Gladwin
Tuesday - Class worship
Wednesday - Whole school worship led by Mrs Gladwin/teachers
Thursday - Class worship
Friday - Celebration Assembly/Class Picture News worship
Through the year, we also have visitors who lead worship from the five parishes and other churches.
We encourage pupils to plan and participate in worship; each half-term one of our classes will prepare and lead a whole school collective worship.
At key points in the school year, we come together with the church community at St. Oswald's Parish Church: Harvest, Christmas, Easter and our Leavers' Service.
