Our Key Stage 2 Athletics Team competed in the Lancashire Small Schools Final and came 8th overall!

Year 2 pupils took part in a football event at Poolfoot Farm and Year 3 and 4 competed against other Wyre schools in a football competition and reached the semi-finals!

We had great feedback on these taster sessions; the coaches were amazing with the children and everyone learnt a new skill.

It was amazing having the opportunity to experience Lancaster on Ice again! This time our visit was just before the Christmas holiday so there was definitely a magical feel in the air. Our Year 5/6 pupils had a lesson with coach, David then performed a dance routine on the ice. We even got a go on the big wheel. Thank you to Miss Laura for enabling us to take part in this spectacular event.

Our Year 5/6 Cricket Team were excellent today.  Their attitude was fabulous and they improved as the tournament progressed.  Well Done, we are so proud of you.

Our Aqua Splash team certainly did us proud.  The event is for children who are not confident in the water.  They took part in relay races and gave each other encouragement and support to complete the races.  Well done, we are so proud of you.

The Year 3 and 4 football team had an enjoyable time in the football tournament at Poolfoot.

We had a fantastic afternoon at the Dodgeball Tournament at Millfield High School.  Well done!

Our Football Team have done really well in the Wyre Schools Central Venue Football Winter League.  We have had some very convincing wins which resulted in the team being selected to represent Wyre in the Lancashire Small Schools Football Tournament.  A huge thank you goes to Mr and Mrs Pinder for their hard work organising and managing the team.

We took an Athletics Team to compete in the Wyre Small Schools Athletic Competition at Myerscough Collage.  The children gave their all which resulted in a 3rd place finish.

We also entered a team of KS1  and a team of KS2 children into a Multiskills Festival.  They all performed brilliantly which resulted in the KS1 team winning first place.
