Forest Schools

The girls decided to build a castle using natural materials from our Forest School area. The girls used different lengths and types of wood to build each part of the castle.

Today we have played a listening game linked to the story of Jack and the Beanstalk.  The children had to creep and steal the Giant's food before they got caught.

We made small crosses for our Easter garden.

We can now tie knots and lash to make our Easter Cross.

We can hear the water beginning to move in the tree.

We found pussy willow. How soft does it feel?

Croissants taste yummy on the firepit.

Hot drinks keep us warm on cold days.

Look what we can make - super forest people.

We cut our own wood and joined it to make a cross.
