We all enjoyed our Easter snack. We talked about the cross on the top of the bun .

Chapatti cooked and shared round the firepit. We discussed the fire and lights while sharing Indian food.

We collected leaves to make rangoli patterns.

We made lots of poppies to help us say thank you to the people who keep us safe.

We had fun trying on a beautiful sari.

Our Year 6 pupils hosted a McMillan Coffee Morning. We invited parents and members of the community and then they were rewarded for their hard work with a cup of tea and a cake.

Oak Class has been making Easter Gardens.

We had an amazing time in the Forest preparing for Easter. 

Today we have acted out Palm Sunday and recreated the Last Supper.

We talked about Shrove Tuesday and the beginning of Lent before cooking pancakes in the forest.

We listen to different pancake stories and rhymes.

We had fun finding out what we needed to make pancakes. Pancake tossing and racing was difficult.
