Mr Harrison gave us strawberry plants for our garden lets hope we get lots of juicy strawberries to try.

We carefully use sharp knives to whittle wood- this made elder beads.
wellie recycling
We have lots of wellingtons that we have grown out of so we are recycling them. Once the forest mud is washed off they make great planters for our flowers.

We can hear the sap rising in the trees as they begin to grow leaves again.
Gardening
Gardening Club have been busy planting flowers and keeping the school garden tidy.
Firepit repair
We made new seating for the firepit. We know how to use sharp tools and hammers safely.
Bulbs
All the children in school are planting gladioli bulbs. Thankyou to the late Mrs Williamson's family for donating the bulbs.
Easter
We made the Easter crosses in the Forest and put them in the wildflower banking.
Frogspawn
We had an exciting visit to the pond to listen to the frogs croaking and look at the frogspawn. 'Its like jelly cold and wobbly'
chicks
We had very special visitors today. We all had to use quiet voices and gentle hands.
