Manchester Museum
Willow Class had a great day at Manchester Museum. We saw a real mummy, Asru, and learned about her from artifacts found in her tomb.
Science Week
In Willow Class during Science Week we have been learning about Climate Change. The children were set a challenge to design a 'Floating Garden' so that crops can be grown during the flooding season. They will be tested tomorrow!

More fun during Science week. The children disolved salts in water and set up an experiment to see if they can make stalactites! Watch this space!!!!

Ancient Egypt
The children in Willow Class are loving our Ancient Egypt Topic. We have made a Sarcophagus and now are making our own mummies to go inside.
Mother's Day Gifts
The children made fantastic 'head pots' planted up with chives for someone special at home. They took time to plan, make, paint and varnish their creations.
Runway Visitor Park
We had an amazing day at The Runway Visitor Park, Manchester. The children were shown different aircraft, including concord. They also had the opportunity to role play different jobs offered at the airport.
