If you ever have any concerns about a child protection matter you should speak to Mrs Gladwin or if you need to contact the local authority the information is in the policy. The policy has been updated to take account of the 2024 national guidance: Keeping Children Safe in Education.

If Mrs Gladwin is not available, the SENCO, Mrs Potter is also a trained safeguarding lead. The Governor with specific responsibility for Safeguarding is Mrs Christine Hallett.
