Since March 2020 we have increased our safety measures to include the following:

  • Hand sanitisers at the entrances to school, in all public areas and in our classrooms
  • A hand washing station outside Ash Class
  • Disinfectant wipes available throughout school at all times
  • All staff wear a mask and/or face shield when moving around school
  • Class groups form a 'bubble'. All bubbles remain separate throughout the day, including break times
  • All class bubbles access and exit school from separate doors
  • Parents are asked to socially distance and wear masks on site
  • External visitors to school are limited to essential visits only
  • Worship is delivered through Zoom
  • Staff liaise with parents remotely; using Class Dojo, ParentPay, or school email
  • Parents are asked to telephone or email the office for any enquiries rather than in person
  • Increased frequency cleaning of all classrooms and public areas is carried out, including disinfecting shared equipment
  • Classroom equipment removed - each pupil has a tray with their own resources in it
  • Pupils engage in regular hand washing and sanitising throughout the day
